I can’t resist sharing this Video, because during my 90’s teen years I’d been a fan of her music. many critique comment got into that video but for me she did it well in her most original rendition of JUDY GARLAND famous song. I still admire her artistry as one of the most successful of the new breed of urban R&B female vocalists to emerge during the mid-to late 1990s.
