After all the struggles of  moving my blog here in wordpress I’m now back on blogging. Though wordpress is a new thing for me i never hesitated to try this. i heard a lot  of good reviews and comments of using wordpress as your platform for blogging. though i used blogger for 2 months i just didn’t like the idea of having a very long domain name for my blog. thanks to itot54joni for granting my dream.

Technically this is my first post in wordpress and  I’m starting to love it now.

Last month i got an email from Avenue Q; just like Rod said “With the exception of Lucy’s legs, everything must close at some point.” YES in few weeks Avenue Q will be closing after 6 years on Broadway. It will play its final performance on September 13th.

Avenue Q won the Tony Award for Best Musical of 2003 defying the Broadway sensation Wicked. This show is about real life, whats happening to everyone and social issues that comes to each of us. I was hook by this Musical and became an anthem on my ipod. Good this i moved from it. hahahah! or else you’ll hear me singing “the internet is for porn” or “you can be as loud as the hell you want when your making love” and even “I’m not wearing underwear today”. sounds hilarious, inappropriate and hysterically funny? Yes that’s Avenue Q

As of this moment while writing this I’m playing the soundtrack of Avenue Q.. and it gave me an idea of posting my thought and personal issues that came to me that avenue Q tackled..  starting from now till September 13 i will post something about the Avenue Q as a tribute to this genius work of art.

FUN FACT: AVENUE Q will have played 2,534 performances and 22 previews – surpassing The Producers (on August, 17th), Annie, Oklahoma!, Pippin and others – to become the 20th longest running show in Broadway history!
